About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid ads, and the ability to drive measurable results in lead generation and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Manage end-to-end performance campaigns including budget planning, targeting, A/B testing, bidding strategies, and optimization.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Optimize campaigns for lower CPA, higher ROI, quality leads, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports with insights, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and communication.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Implement best practices in digital advertising and stay updated with platform changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing / paid ads (Google/Meta/LinkedIn).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, funnel stages, and attribution.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver results within timelines.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads or Meta Ads Certification
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO, automation tools, and landing page optimization
- Basic understanding of Canva or creative briefing

Pay: ₹322,013.31 - ₹500,000.00 per year
