- 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a high-growth D2C, e-commerce, or startup environment.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads (experience with additional platforms is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with deep knowledge of attribution models, customer acquisition, and conversion funnels.
- A creative and collaborative approach to working with design and content teams.
