Vitapoint is a leading online Daily essentials brand, ranging from household, toiletries and DIY products.

We are now looking for a Performance Marketer, who can help us drive sales via paid ads on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad content.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spending to achieve KPIs and business goals.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years in Performance Marketing. if you're good at hitting numbers, that's what counts.
  • Be fluent in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Metabase, and martech tools.
  • Think in data and frameworks, but act fast, bias for action is what we value.
  • Work with creative, product, and business teams to deliver powerful campaigns.
  • Be curious about AI, automation, and marketing tech—you build tools, not decks.
  • Be outcome-obsessed. You care more about revenue and CAC than CTRs.
