Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads & YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google)
• Improve ROAS, CPA, CPL through testing & optimization
• Analyze performance and share actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative teams for high-converting ads
• Scale winning campaigns within budgets

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Hands-on with analytics, tracking & reporting
• Agency experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
