Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital growth strategy across paid and performance channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising data driven campaigns, owning media strategy and budgets, and translating performance insights into measurable commercial impact.
This is a hands on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced, regulated environment and has strong experience within the CFD / financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive digital performance marketing strategy across channels including Google Ads, Paid Social, Microsoft Ads, Programmatic, and other performance platforms.
- Build robust media plans, budget forecasts, and campaign structures aligned with wider business and acquisition goals.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure full alignment with brand, product, and commercial objectives.
- Plan, launch, and manage end to end performance campaigns, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with compliance requirements.
- Conduct in depth keyword research and search intent analysis to build high performing SEM campaigns.
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on traffic quality, conversion performance, CAC, and ROI.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Measure and analyse campaign performance against defined KPIs and ROI targets, using tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and CRM data.
- Produce clear, actionable performance reports and insights for senior stakeholders, highlighting opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
- Use data to drive ongoing testing, experimentation, and performance improvements.
- Proactively identify and test new growth opportunities, channels, formats, and targeting strategies to stay ahead in a competitive market.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and differentiation opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimise ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and user funnels.
- Continuously improve user journeys to maximise engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Industry & Market Expertise
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within performance marketing and financial services.
- Ensure all activity aligns with industry standards, platform policies, and regulatory requirements.
Skills, Experience & Profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Digital Marketing Executive, Senior Digital Marketing Executive, or similar performance focused role.
- Strong experience within the CFD or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in building marketing strategies, media plans, and campaign structures from the ground up.
- Hands on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Strong experience in landing page optimisation, conversion funnels, and CRO.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and a results driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and working to tight deadlines.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance heavy environments.
- Exposure to Programmatic platforms and advanced performance tools.
- Experience reporting performance at senior or leadership level.
