Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with 5–6 years of experience who has proven expertise in lead generation for international markets, especially the US. This role requires deep understanding of paid acquisition, funnel optimization, and scaling high-quality leads at optimal CPLs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale international lead generation campaigns, with a strong focus on the US market
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Own end-to-end lead funnels including acquisition, retargeting, and conversion optimization
- Optimize for key metrics such as CPL, CPA, lead quality, CAC, and ROI
- Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently across international geographies
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, forms, and audience targeting
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking, pixels, and events using Google Analytics, GTM, and platform tools
- Analyze performance data and present insights and recommendations to leadership
- Collaborate with sales, CRM, and creative teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Stay updated with platform changes, compliance requirements, and best practices for US advertising
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Strong experience in lead generation campaigns (mandatory)
- Proven experience running international campaigns, especially targeting the US market
- Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Experience managing significant monthly ad spends in international markets
- Strong knowledge of analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US-based audiences, businesses, or clients
- Familiarity with CRM integrations, lead scoring, and sales funnel optimization
- Experience in B2B, B2C, or service-based lead generation
- Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and tools like Hotjar, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
