Job Description: Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview
BioFrost is looking to hire an aggressive, outcome-driven Performance Marketing Manager whose primary mandate is revenue growth through paid media. This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy role for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, not a service vendor.
You will be responsible for designing, executing, and scaling full-funnel performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms, while owning attribution, tracking, and marketing operations end-to-end.
This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, paid media execution, analytics, and content direction.
Key Objectives
● Drive profitable and scalable sales growth through paid advertising
● Build and optimize a full-funnel advertising system (Awareness → Consideration →
Conversion → Retention)
● Own tracking, attribution, and backend marketing infrastructure
● Actively guide content creation required for performance marketing
● Support organic social media execution to strengthen top-of-funnel
Responsibilities
1. Paid Performance Marketing (Primary Responsibility)
You will plan, execute, optimize, and scale ads across the following platforms:
● Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search, Google Display Network, YouTube
Ads, Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display),
Flipkart Ads, Quick Commerce Ads (Blinkit and similar platforms)
Key responsibilities:
● Media planning and budget allocation across platforms
● Campaign structuring (TOF / MOF / BOF)
● Creative testing frameworks (angles, hooks, formats)
● Scaling winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
● Continuous optimization for CAC, ROAS, and volume
2. Full-Funnel Strategy & Growth Thinking
● Design and implement a through-the-funnel ad strategy, not just conversion ads
● Define audience segmentation across:
○ Cold audiences
○ Retargeting (website, video views, social engagement)
○ High-intent marketplace traffic
● Align messaging by funnel stage (education → trust → urgency → conversion)
● Coordinate paid + organic + marketplace presence into one coherent system
3. Analytics, Tracking & Marketing Operations
You will own the backend infrastructure required for reliable performance marketing:
● Setup and maintenance of:
○ Meta Pixel
○ Google Analytics (GA4)
○ Google Tag Manager
○ Conversion APIs (where required)
○ Event tracking
○ Attribution understanding across D2C website and marketplaces
○ Dashboarding and reporting for decision-making
4. Creative & Content Direction
Since creatives are a big part of performance, you will have to provide your inputs and direction on the creative direction.
5. Organic Social Media Management (Secondary Responsibility)
Who We’re Looking For Must-Haves
● 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
● Strong experience running Meta and Google Ads at scale
● Proven ability to drive direct sales, not just traffic
● Strong understanding of funnel-based marketing
● Comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and experimentation
● Execution-oriented, fast-moving, and accountable
Good to Have
● Experience with D2C, FMCG, wellness, fitness, or healthcare brands
● Marketplace advertising experience (Amazon / Flipkart)
● Entrepreneurial or startup background
● Experience scaling budgets aggressively while maintaining efficiency

● Marketplace sales growth driven by ads

● Accuracy of conversion tracking
● Reporting clarity and frequency
