Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own the company's digital marketing strategy and paid media execution. This role combines strategic oversight of all digital channels, including social media, SEO, paid advertising, and email, with hands-on management of campaign delivery, retargeting infrastructure, and email automation. The successful candidate will manage the digital team and be accountable for lead generation targets and cost-per-lead performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall digital marketing strategy across social, SEO, paid, and email channels
• Supervise the Social Media Manager and SEO Specialist, ensuring KPIs are consistently met
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
• Manage retargeting pixel setup including Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Tag Manager
• Build and manage email automation flows in Mailchimp, including welcome and retargeting sequences
• Monitor ad performance and adjust budgets and creatives to meet cost-per-lead targets
• Own campaign performance dashboards and provide regular reporting to leadership
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and email subject lines
• Coordinate content and asset requirements with the creative team

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in digital and performance marketing, preferably in real estate
• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or an equivalent email marketing and automation platform
• Experience managing and mentoring digital marketing team members
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and reporting dashboards
• Understanding of retargeting logic, custom audiences, and conversion tracking
