About the Role
We are a US-based upskilling and training company serving MENA, partnering with global tech leaders like AWS, Google, and Salesforce to deliver large-scale learning programs to software engineers, teachers, and tech professionals across Egypt, KSA, UAE, and the broader MENA region.
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who lives at the intersection of paid media and AI-powered execution. You won't just manage ad campaigns , you'll build an AI-augmented acquisition and activation engine that scales across 6 ad platforms, 3 programs, and multiple MENA markets simultaneously.
This role also owns activation and retention (email/WhatsApp nurture) , you're responsible for turning signups into active learners who complete learning paths, not just driving top-of-funnel volume.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition (6 Platforms × 3 Markets)
- Own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and X (Twitter) for Egypt, KSA, and UAE
- Manage and optimize ad spend across programs (AWS, Google AI for Teachers, Salesforce KSA)
- Build per-country, per-program campaign structures with localized targeting for Arabic and English audiences
- Run continuous A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and placements , using AI to generate 50+ ad variants per campaign
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, attribution, and pixel infrastructure across all platforms
- Optimize for downstream metrics (activation, LP completion) not just signups , work with CRM data to feed signals back to ad platforms
Activation & Retention Ownership
- Own the signup-to-active-user conversion funnel: email nurture sequences, WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, and onboarding flows
- Design and execute automated lifecycle journeys for each program (AWS cloud skills, Google teacher training, Salesforce adaptation)
- Segment users by behavior, engagement level, and program stage to deliver hyper-personalized nudges
- Monitor activation rates, identify drop-off points, and run experiments to improve signup LP start LP completion rates
- Collaborate with the Copywriter on email/WhatsApp copy and with the Coordinator on CRM data hygiene
CRO & Landing Page Optimization
- Own landing page performance , work with the Copywriter and Designers to test headlines, layouts, CTAs, and social proof
- Run multivariate tests on registration flows to maximize signup conversion rates
- Ensure consistent tracking and analytics across all landing pages and signup funnels
Budget Management & Reporting
- Allocate and rebalance budget across platforms, programs, and markets based on performance data
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards tracking CAU (cost per acquired user), activation rates, and cost per LP completion
- Deliver weekly performance reports with clear recommendations and next actions
- Document all experiments: hypothesis, setup, results, and learnings in the team's AI-powered knowledge base
AI-Specific Responsibilities
This is an AI-Adapted role. You will be expected to:
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) to generate ad copy variants at scale , 50+ per campaign in both English and Arabic
- Build and maintain AI-powered automation workflows for campaign optimization, bid management, and audience testing
- Design AI-assisted experiment pipelines: hypothesis generation, creative production, result analysis, and documentation , all partially automated
- Leverage AI for audience research, competitor analysis, and trend identification across MENA markets
- Use AI to auto-generate email/WhatsApp nurture sequences and personalize messaging based on user behavior data
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI marketing tools to increase team efficiency and output
Requirements
Must-Have
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and at least 2 of: TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, X
- Proven track record of managing $20K+/month ad budgets with clear ROI accountability
- Strong experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution modeling
- Experience running campaigns targeting MENA audiences (Egypt, KSA, UAE) in both Arabic and English
- Hands-on experience with email marketing / marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar)
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making decisions based on statistical significance
- Experience with A/B testing at scale , not just single tests, but systematic experimentation programs
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in EdTech, upskilling platforms, or B2C user acquisition at scale (50K+ users)
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API for marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with product-led growth and lifecycle marketing principles
- Experience marketing to developers, engineers, or technical professionals
- Background in growth marketing at a startup or high-growth environment
AI Tools & Skills Required
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content generation, ad copywriting, or campaign optimization
- Ability to write effective prompts for AI tools to produce high-quality, on-brand marketing outputs
- Experience with or willingness to learn AI automation tools (Zapier AI, Make, n8n, or custom workflows)
- Understanding of how to use AI for audience segmentation, personalization, and predictive analytics
- Comfort with rapid experimentation , using AI to compress the test learn iterate cycle from weeks to days
