Performance Marketing Manager - FX Trading

Duties & Responsibilities – Performance Marketing Manager (Arabic Speaker | FX Trading Experience Required)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns focused on client acquisition in the FX/online trading space.
  • Manage paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, and affiliate networks targeting Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Drive high-quality lead generation (FTDs, deposits) while maintaining target CPA, CPL, and ROI benchmarks.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize based on data insights.
  • Develop and localize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels tailored to Arabic audiences and regional preferences.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates across the full funnel (click → lead → funded account → retention).
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all campaigns meet FX regulatory and advertising standards in target regions.
  • Manage relationships with affiliate partners, media buyers, and external agencies.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize performance.
  • Track, report, and present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay updated on FX industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing strategies.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels for maximum ROI.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Ensure accurate tracking implementation (pixels, events, attribution models) across all campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales and retention teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
