Duties & Responsibilities – Performance Marketing Manager (Arabic Speaker | FX Trading Experience Required)

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns focused on client acquisition in the FX/online trading space.

Manage paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, and affiliate networks targeting Arabic-speaking markets.

Drive high-quality lead generation (FTDs, deposits) while maintaining target CPA, CPL, and ROI benchmarks.

Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize based on data insights.

Develop and localize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels tailored to Arabic audiences and regional preferences.

Monitor and improve conversion rates across the full funnel (click → lead → funded account → retention).

Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all campaigns meet FX regulatory and advertising standards in target regions.

Manage relationships with affiliate partners, media buyers, and external agencies.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize performance.

Track, report, and present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Stay updated on FX industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing strategies.

Oversee marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels for maximum ROI.

Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve customer lifetime value (LTV).

Ensure accurate tracking implementation (pixels, events, attribution models) across all campaigns.

Work closely with sales and retention teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
