About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads (Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate must have experience in driving performance for lead generation and e-commerce clients, preferably for international markets. This role demands strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and proven campaign optimization experience within a digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize performance campaigns on Google & Meta Ads
• Manage Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns on Google Ads
• Handle Facebook & Instagram lead generation and e-commerce campaigns on Meta
• Scale campaigns to achieve target KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.)
• Manage and retain international clients with strategic reporting & insights
• Coordinate with content/design team for creatives & landing page improvements
• Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, & Meta Pixel
• Maintain proper documentation, reporting dashboards & data analysis
• Conduct regular A/B testing for ads, creatives, and audience targeting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of performance marketing experience
• Must be from a Digital Marketing Agency background
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
• Proven experience working with international clients/projects
• Excellent reporting skills using Google Sheets/Excel & platform dashboards
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple accounts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
