Performance Marketing Manager (Native Ads / Taboola Expert) - Fully Remote Important mainly because

About Us:

We are a high-growth UK legal claims business running one of the most aggressive and successful Meta Ad accounts in the country, and now we are bringing that exact same velocity to Native. We don't do slow, corporate marketing. We scale hard, we test aggressively, and we are currently pushing daily ad spends into the hundreds of thousands (with a target of £300,000/day).

The Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical Native Advertising Expert- specifically with deep Taboola experience - to take ownership of our PCP claims acquisition on native networks.

You aren't just a media buyer staring at CPCs; you are a full-funnel architect. You will be responsible for driving massive volume through Taboola, cross-pollinating those wins to other paid platforms, and actively optimizing the advertorials and landing pages to squeeze every ounce of margin out of the funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- The Native Engine (Taboola Scale): Build, launch, and ruthlessly scale native campaigns. You will own the Taboola dashboard, testing new publisher networks, bidding strategies, and creative angles to uncover massive pockets of PCP claims traffic.

- Funnel & CRO Mastery: You will rigorously A/B test our advertorials and landing pages. You know exactly how to bridge the gap between a curiosity-driven native click and our frictionless SaaS-style form cards (ensuring the user seamlessly buys into the promise that it "Takes just 60 seconds. No old paperwork or financial details needed from you").

- Cross-Platform Growth: While Native is your primary battleground, you will also leverage your experience in other paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads) to diversify our acquisition and retarget high-intent users.

- Copy & Creative Strategy: You will script and test bold native headlines (like "Could you be owed money from your old car finance?") and direct-response advertorial copy that cuts through the noise while remaining strictly compliant with FCA regulations.

What We Are NOT Looking For:

- The "Dashboard Watcher": If your idea of media buying is just adjusting bids by a few pennies and hoping the algorithm fixes a bad day, this role is not for you. We need someone who digs into the landing page data and changes the psychological angle when a funnel breaks.

- The "Set-and-Forget" Buyer: We don't launch campaigns and walk away. We need someone who treats the ad account like a high-frequency trading floor - constantly killing losers, scaling winners, and launching new tests daily.

- The "Compliance Cowboy": We run an aggressive Direct Response operation, but we are highly regulated. You need to know how to write high-converting copy that pushes the absolute limit without crossing the line into non-compliance.

Requirements & Skills:

- Native Mastery: Proven, hands-on experience managing and profitably scaling Taboola campaigns at high daily spends (experience with Outbrain/Revcontent is a bonus).

- Industry Context: Previous experience running paid media in similar high-volume, regulated industries (Financial Claims, Lead Generation, PCP/HP, or Insurance).

- CRO & Funnel Chops: You understand landing page psychology. You know how to optimize advertorial click-through rates and streamline form flows to drop the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).

- Multi-Platform Fluency: Solid working knowledge of other major ad networks (Meta Ads, Google Search/Display) to support holistic media buying.

- Direct Response Native: You understand the anatomy of a high-converting native ad (The Image, The Headline, The Curiosity Gap).
