Performance Marketing & SEO Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and results-driven Performance Marketing & SEO Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, along with expertise in SEO strategy, social media marketing, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Plan and execute social media marketing strategies
• Drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI growth
• Execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic
• Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and reporting
• Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting optimization
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently and maximize performance

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
• Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing
• Good understanding of SEO, GA4, GTM & Search Console
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
• Proven track record of successful paid marketing campaigns

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google & Meta Certifications
• Experience with lead generation campaigns
