Performance Marketing Specialist

India

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation for targeted marketing.
  • Implement A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to align messaging and branding.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with A/B testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Good communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
