Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation for targeted marketing.
- Implement A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to align messaging and branding.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with A/B testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Good communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
