Performance Marketing Specialist

Hey there! We’re ADDA.io, the OGs of Technology Platform used by Apartment Complexes you see across city skylines. From managing security gates to collecting maintenance bills, we make apartment life a whole lot smoother.

We're looking for someone who’s got both the outgoing personality to light up an event AND the marketing brain to run campaigns that bring leads pouring in.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on lead generation
• Working knowledge of marketing tools and platforms such as Google Marketing Suite, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Strong analytical skills, Excellent communication, Team player, Creative thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

• Run online lead gen campaigns on Google, WhatsApp, etc.
• Collaborate with the sales and SDR team to make sure leads don’t just come in — they convert.
• Build compelling, creative, relatable campaign ideas that people actually notice (and click).
• Track what’s working, kill what’s not, and keep experimenting
• Opportunity to work on Marketing campaigns for multiple markets - Primarily India, USA, UAE, etc.

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
