Performance Marketing Specialist

India

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a data-driven performance marketer with a passion for lead generation. You’ll manage multi-channel paid campaigns, optimize funnels, and ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads for the sales team. You’ll play a key role in driving Camweara’s expansion among e-commerce brands worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Build, test, and refine funnels and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
  • Manage and track campaign performance — CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and copies.
  • Set up and manage pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and analytics dashboards.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve results.
  • Nurture leads through retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
  • Report weekly on performance metrics and recommend data-backed improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads at scale through paid channels.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics/Tag Manager.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Experience using CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills — ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Bonus: Experience marketing to e-commerce, fashion, or SaaS brands globally.

Pay: ₹26,926.87 - ₹45,005.06 per month
