Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in YouTube advertising, Google Ads, and SEO strategy/implementation. You will build, launch, and optimize campaigns while implementing SEO best practices across content and technical channels to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Ads (Primary Focus — YouTube + Google Ads)

  • Launch, manage, and optimize YouTube ad campaigns targeting intent-driven audiences
  • Build, refine, and scale Google search campaigns and keyword strategies
  • Create and iterate on ad scripts, thumbnails, hooks, and creative concepts
  • Execute A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pages
  • Manage daily/weekly budgets and ensure positive ROAS
  • Implement tracking through Google Tag Manager and analytics tools

SEO Strategy & Implementation

  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Optimize on-page SEO (metadata, internal linking, schema)
  • Improve technical SEO (site speed, crawlability, indexing issues)
  • Track rankings, organic performance, and conversions via Search Console and advanced SEO tools
  • Coordinate with writers/designers for SEO-focused content initiatives

Conversion Optimization

  • Build and update conversion-focused landing pages using Webflow/Shopify/WordPress
  • Execute structured A/B testing to improve CTR, CVR, and funnel efficiency
  • Analyze user behavior using heatmaps and session recordingsAnalytics & Reporting
  • Build dashboards/reports to track weekly KPIs
  • Monitor channel performance and suggest growth improvements
  • Present insights clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of performance marketing or digital advertising experience
  • Proven experience managing YouTube campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and paid search strategy
  • Hands-on SEO experience (on-page, technical, keyword strategy)
  • Familiarity with data tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM, Looker Studio
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions
  • Experience building or editing landing pages

Bonus Skills

  • Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads experience
  • Video editing skills for ad creative
  • Familiarity with SaaS or DTC eCommerce growth strategies
