Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing, with a strong analytical mindset to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid platforms.

• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance ROI.

• Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Track and report key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and CPA.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid advertising.

• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives.

• Implement remarketing and audience targeting strategies for improved engagement.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing.

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in campaign optimization.

• Ability to manage budgets effectively and improve ROI.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization is a plus.

• Good communication and reporting skills.
