About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to lead our paid acquisition efforts for our D2C brand. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in scaling D2C e-commerce businesses, optimizing full-funnel campaigns, and driving ROI across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), and other relevant paid channels.
- Allocate and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Regularly run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, audience segments, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Funnel Optimization & Conversion Rate (CRO)
- Analyze the customer journey from top-of-funnel (TOF) to bottom-of-funnel (BOF) and identify drop-off points.
- Implement conversion rate optimization tests (landing pages, checkout flows) to improve CVR.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to design high-performing creatives and landing experiences.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV, AOV, etc.
- Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other attribution tools to measure campaign performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign health, spending, and growth levers.
- Generate actionable insights from data and provide weekly/monthly growth reports with recommendations.
- Retention & Growth Loop
- Work on customer retention strategies: email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other channels to maximize LTV.
- Create and optimize re-targeting / remarketing campaigns to drive repeat purchases.
- Identify and test growth loop opportunities (e.g., referral, loyalty) to drive cost-efficient growth.
- Experimentation & Strategy
- Constantly test new ad formats, platforms, and creative strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest paid media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Work cross-functionally with product, creative, and operations teams to align on business goals and growth strategies.
- Budget Management
- Plan and manage monthly/quarterly ad budgets.
- Monitor pacing (spend vs. performance) and make real-time adjustments.
- Ensure spend efficiency and scale only when campaigns are delivering healthy unit economics.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Channels: Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), and other paid media channels.
- Analytics Tools: Strong proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Facebook Pixel / Conversions API, UTM tracking.
- Budget Management: Experience managing and scaling marketing budgets.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical skills, ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
- CRO & Testing: Experience running A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- E-commerce Tools: Familiarity with D2C platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.), and retention marketing tools.
- Communication: Strong collaboration skills — ability to work with creative, product, and content teams.
- Mindset: Growth-oriented, experimental, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
