About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in running paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms to drive leads, sales, and brand growth.

If you understand funnels, optimization, analytics, and paid campaigns — we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Optional: LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads
• Drive measurable performance: leads, sales, ROAS, CAC.
• Manage campaign budgets and performance targets.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for highest ROI.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives.
• Stay updated with latest trends in paid media & algorithms.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing.
• Strong command over Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads dashboard.
• Knowledge of tracking tools: Google Analytics, Pixel, Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and budgets.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Qualification

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.
