About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Digital Revolution, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to drive conversions, maximize ROI, and achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid search (Google Ads, Bing), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ), display, and programmatic channels
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and channel mix recommendations
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad creative, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance
- Monitor campaign metrics daily, analyze performance data, and generate actionable insights to optimize toward KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rate
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend allocation and pacing to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop high-performing ad assets and landing page experiences
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for clients, clearly communicating results, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging performance marketing tactics and technologies
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tags to ensure accurate measurement and attribution
Required Qualifications
Agency Experience Required - Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience within a digital marketing agency environment, managing campaigns for multiple clients across various industries
- Proven expertise in managing substantial advertising budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one additional platform (LinkedIn, , programmatic, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, data visualization tools, and Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding client KPIs and performance targets
- Experience with conversion rate optimization, landing page testing, and marketing funnel optimization
- Understanding of attribution models, tracking implementation, and measurement frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations
- Strong project management abilities with experience juggling multiple client accounts and competing priorities
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and tag management tools
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and performance marketing for online retail
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and how performance channels integrate into broader digital strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
