About the Role

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who knows how to run ads that actually convert. Your job is to manage Meta Ads and Google Ads, build high performing campaigns, optimise daily, and drive leads or sales with strong ROI.

ResponsibilitiesCampaign Setup and Management

• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Handle search, display, remarketing, and performance based campaigns.
• Set up conversion tracking, pixels, events, and GA4.
• Test creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Daily Optimisation

• Monitor CPAs, CTR, ROAS, and conversion data daily.
• Pause, scale, and adjust campaigns based on performance.
• Fix ad fatigue, high CPL, or drop in quality leads.

Strategy and Scaling

• Create monthly ad strategies for multiple brands.
• Build funnel based campaigns like awareness, retargeting, and conversion.
• Suggest landing page improvements for better results.

Reporting and Analytics

• Create weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyse keywords, audiences, placements, and behaviour.
• Provide insights that help improve lead quality and ROI.

Coordination

• Work with content, design, and video teams for creatives.
• Coordinate with clients for approvals and feedback.
• Research competitor ads and trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and full funnel strategy.
• Must know campaign setup, optimisation, A B testing, and scaling.
• Experience with GA4, Tag Manager, pixel setup, and tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and industries.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be comfortable with Work From Office.
• Must be from Tricity or willing to relocate.
