We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with advanced conversion tracking, analytics, A/B testing, CRM integration, and cloud-based marketing tools to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Set up and manage advanced conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, including custom events, e-commerce tracking, and multi-channel attribution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Cloud data, and CRM tools.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels to optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with marketing and business goals.
  • Manage CRM integration for campaign tracking, lead nurturing, and attribution.
  • Generate performance reports and actionable insights to continuously improve campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, conversion tracking, and performance marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of advanced conversion tracking setups, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with CRM tools and integration for marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud platforms for marketing and analytics is a plus.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
