Performance Marketing Specialist

• Manage and scale campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.

• Oversee complete Shopify store operations, apps, tracking, and CRO.

• Optimize funnels, audiences, creatives, and budgets for maximum ROAS.

• Conduct advanced A/B tests and performance analysis.

• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.

• Coordinate with creative teams for ad assets.

• Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in performance marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM.

• Ability to handle high-budget campaigns and deliver results.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
