Key responsibilities


  • Plan, execute and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta,LinkedIn, programmatic, affiliates, and other paid media.
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to enhance ad performance.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting
  • Track and report on metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and customer lifetime value (Customer retention, conversion: funding, cross-sell, etc).
  • Work with internal teams to align campaigns with product offerings and customer segments.
  • Manage marketing budgets across channels, ensuring efficiency and impact.
  • Coordinate with agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the content/design teams to develop impactful ad creatives.
  • Support SEO initiatives as part of the overall performance strategy.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, new ad technologies, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with regulations, Shari’ah guidelines, and data privacy laws.
