Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Ads / Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, with strong expertise in Shopping Ads and E-commerce performance campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, ROI-driven, and experienced in scaling paid media budgets while maintaining efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize conversion-focused campaigns for e-commerce and lead generation
  • Manage catalog sales, dynamic ads, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
  • Test creatives, ad copies, audiences, and placements to improve ROAS
  • Implement and manage Meta Pixel, CAPI, and event tracking

Google Ads

  • Manage and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube campaigns
  • Create and optimize Google Merchant Center feeds for Shopping campaigns
  • Perform keyword research, search term analysis, and bid optimization
  • Improve Quality Scores and reduce CPA

E-commerce & Performance Marketing

  • Drive revenue growth using ROAS, CPA, AOV, and funnel optimization
  • Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency
  • Plan full-funnel strategies (Prospecting → Retargeting → Retention)
  • Work closely with creatives and content teams for high-performing ads

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Ads Manager, and dashboards
  • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Paid Ads / Performance Marketing
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Experience managing e-commerce and shopping campaigns
  • Knowledge of Google Merchant Center, GA4, Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with D2C brands, online stores, or marketplaces
  • Budget management and scaling experience

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience with Performance Max campaigns
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools and CRO concepts
  • Experience managing large ad spends (₹5L+ per month)
  • Basic understanding of Shopify / WooCommerce tracking
