We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialistwith expertise in local market campaigns, e-commerce, and paid advertising across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI in the local market.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Publish, manage and optimize performance-driven paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads to meet business objectives (lead gen, sales, app installs, etc.).
● Develop hyper-localized ad strategies tailored to the target market, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
● Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
● Drive sales for e-commerce platforms through high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
● Support UGC and content execution workflows while collaborating with the creative team to develop and implement engaging ad content (static, video, carousel) that resonates with the local audience and campaign objectives.
● Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
● Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Pixel, and Snapchat Pixel to track performance and attribution.
● Manage and maintain product listings across Shopify and other platforms, including updating pricing, product descriptions, creatives, and inventory details, while supporting basic store optimizations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and smooth day-to-day ecommerce operations.
● Generate weekly/monthly reports with data-driven recommendations for scaling successful campaigns.
● Execute day-to-day tasks by following defined checklists and SOPs, assisting in testing new campaigns, creatives, and audiences, and ensuring timely execution of all assigned tasks under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager.
● Stay updated on local market trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm changes.
● Identify new growth opportunities within emerging ad platforms or audience segments.
Qualifications & Experience
● BBA or MBA in Marketing
● 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or local market campaigns.
Skills, Knowledge & Competencies
● Proven expertise in managing ads on Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
● Deep understanding of local consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and market trends.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns in real-time.
● Excellent communication skills.
