Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in either India or Dubai. This full-time role is focused on managing CPL/CPA performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and Telegram to drive customer acquisition and revenue for our iGaming brands.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the iGaming industry, hands-on experience running digital campaigns, and strong skills in tracking, optimisation, and reporting using tools such as GA4, GTM, and Pixel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise CPL/CPA performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Telegram, display, and affiliate channels
  • Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates to ensure maximum campaign efficiency
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
  • Develop and A/B test creative ad assets to improve engagement and performance
  • Set up and manage campaign tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Pixel, and GA4
  • Execute remarketing and retargeting strategies to re-engage users and improve retention
  • Analyse campaign data to produce insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing and product teams to ensure strategic alignment
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximise results

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally focused on iGaming
  • Solid knowledge of CPL and CPA campaign models, with experience optimising for conversion
  • Experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and Telegram
  • Strong understanding of iGaming industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
  • Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Pixel tracking
  • Clear understanding of the difference between remarketing and retargeting, and when to use each
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
