About the Role
Kling Trading LLC is looking for a performance-driven marketer with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
This is a data-focused role responsible for driving measurable revenue for our e-commerce brands (Luggage, Travel Accessories & Fashion).
✅ This is not a social media management or content posting role.
✅ We are looking for someone who has run campaigns end-to-end and optimised for ROAS, CAC, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on:
- Meta (Advantage+ Shopping, DPA, retargeting)
- Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping)
- Manage full-funnel strategy (prospecting → retargeting → retention)
- Track and report performance using GA4, Pixel/CAPI, UTM tracking
- Reduce CAC and improve blended ROAS
- Run A/B tests on:
- creatives
- audiences
- landing pages
- Coordinate with creative team for ad assets (UGC, video hooks, lifestyle shots)
- Build weekly dashboards and actionable insights
Requirements
- 2–4 years hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience managing e-commerce budgets
- Strong knowledge of: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search + PMax), TikTok & Snapchat Ads
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, Frequency
- Experience with A/B testing and scaling campaigns
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ROI-driven environment
- Fluent Arabic (Gulf dialect preferred) is required for this role, as campaigns will be executed in Arabic across GCC markets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
