We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising for our eCommerce business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads, along with solid working knowledge of TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.

This role is highly performance-focused, with clear ownership of ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising (Core Responsibilities)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Manage and scale monthly ad budgets of AED 300,000+ with a strong focus on ROAS
  • Launch, test, and optimize:
  • Campaign structures
  • Audiences (prospecting & retargeting)
  • Creatives (images, videos, UGC, offers)
  • Analyze performance daily and take data-driven optimization decisions

TikTok & Snapchat Ads (Supporting Channels)

  • Set up and manage TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads campaigns
  • Understand platform-specific creatives, formats, and audience behavior
  • Test and scale winning creatives across platforms
  • Support diversification of paid traffic beyond Meta & Google

Tracking, Analytics & Optimization

  • Ensure correct tracking via:
  • Meta Pixel & CAPI
  • Google Ads conversion tracking
  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
  • Monitor and improve:
  • ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, conversion rate
  • Identify funnel issues and collaborate with the team on CRO improvements

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Share insights, testing results, and scaling plans with management
  • Work closely with:
  • Creative team (ads & videos)
  • Web / CRO team
  • SEO & content team

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in eCommerce performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)
  • Working knowledge of:
  • TikTok Ads
  • Snapchat Ads
  • Experience managing high ad spend budgets (AED 200K+)
  • Strong analytical mindset and understanding of performance metrics
  • Experience with DTC or eCommerce brands is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
