We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our growing digital marketing and technology agency.
This is a mid to senior-level role for someone who understands performance marketing strategically and can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple industries and business models.
You will work with a range of clients including:
- Technology and startup brands
- Mobile and VR applications
- Travel and transport businesses
- Service-based businesses
We are specifically looking for someone who is strong in Google Search Ads and Meta Ads performance campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Manage high-performing Search Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns for:
- App installs
- Engagement
- Lead generation
- Brand awareness
- Retargeting
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and audiences
- Create campaign strategies and scaling plans
- Track and analyze campaign performance using reporting tools
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and social media teams
- Prepare professional reports and performance insights for clients
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and improve ROAS/CPA performance
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong expertise in Google Search Ads (most important requirement)
- Experience managing PPC campaigns professionally
- Strong understanding of: (Keyword Targeting, Bidding Strategies, Conversion Optimization, Retargeting, Audience Segmentation )
- Experience with Meta Ads for app installs, engagement, and conversion campaigns
- Good understanding of performance metrics including: ( CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate )
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
- Strong communication and client management skills
