Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our growing digital marketing and technology agency.

This is a mid to senior-level role for someone who understands performance marketing strategically and can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple industries and business models.

You will work with a range of clients including:

  • Technology and startup brands
  • Mobile and VR applications
  • Travel and transport businesses
  • Service-based businesses

We are specifically looking for someone who is strong in Google Search Ads and Meta Ads performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Manage high-performing Search Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions
  • Manage Meta Ads campaigns for:
  • App installs
  • Engagement
  • Lead generation
  • Brand awareness
  • Retargeting
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and audiences
  • Create campaign strategies and scaling plans
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using reporting tools
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and social media teams
  • Prepare professional reports and performance insights for clients
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently and improve ROAS/CPA performance

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong expertise in Google Search Ads (most important requirement)
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns professionally
  • Strong understanding of: (Keyword Targeting, Bidding Strategies, Conversion Optimization, Retargeting, Audience Segmentation )
  • Experience with Meta Ads for app installs, engagement, and conversion campaigns
  • Good understanding of performance metrics including: ( CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate )
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
  • Strong communication and client management skills

  • Google Display Ads experience
  • TikTok Ads experience
  • App marketing experience
  • Experience working with startups or tech brands
  • Landing page optimization knowledge
  • Basic SEO understanding

Ideal Candidate

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
