We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Google & Meta Ads Specialist to take full ownership of our paid advertising campaigns. In this role, you will plan, build, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms — driving qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, and delivering measurable return on ad spend (ROAS) for both our internal software products and our clients.
This is a remote, full-time position that demands a strategic mindset, deep platform expertise, and a relentless focus on performance. You will work directly with project leads, account managers, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are well-targeted, compelling, and consistently improving.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance
- Conduct in-depth keyword research using Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Ubersuggest to capture high-intent traffic.
- Write clear, conversion-focused ad copy aligned with landing page messaging and search intent.
- Implement and manage Smart Bidding strategies: Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions, and Enhanced CPC.
- Run consistent A/B tests on headlines, descriptions, ad extensions, and CTAs to improve CTR and conversion rate.
- Set up and optimize Google Shopping campaigns including product feed management and Merchant Center configuration.
- Monitor and tune Performance Max asset groups, audience signals, and budget allocation.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Build, launch, and scale Meta campaigns covering all funnel stages: awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Develop detailed audience strategies using custom audiences, lookalike audiences, interest-based targeting, and behavioral segments.
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and event tracking for accurate attribution and reporting.
- Design and execute retargeting campaigns using website visitors, video viewers, page engagers, and CRM data.
- Implement post-iOS 14 advertising best practices using Aggregated Event Measurement and server-side tracking.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns independently.
- Deep expertise across Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaign types.
- Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and all Meta campaign objectives and ad formats.
- Strong command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Looker Studio.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and aggregated event measurement setup.

- Experience advertising software, SaaS, or tech products is a strong advantage.
- Experience running international campaigns targeting audiences in the US, UK, Europe, or the Middle East is preferred.
Soft Skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple campaigns in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — capable of presenting to clients confidently.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables without micromanagement.
