APS Technologies is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing expert who has run and scaled paid lead generation campaigns across industries.

This is not a planning-only role.

This is not a reporting-only role.

This is a doer seat with full ownership of performance.

What You’ll Do

• Own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end

• Generate and scale high-quality leads, starting with Healthcare and Dental

• Optimize for CPL, lead quality, and ROI

• Set up and manage pixels, conversion tracking, and events

• Analyze performance data and make optimization decisions

• Manage ad budgets and scale winning campaigns

• Collaborate on funnel and campaign strategy

• Expand campaigns into new industries as the role grows

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience

• Strong execution experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Proven lead generation results across multiple industries

• Healthcare or Dental marketing experience is a plus, not mandatory

• Comfortable with tracking, dashboards, and reporting tools

• Analytical, performance-driven, and ROI focused

• Confident handling budgets and optimization without supervision

• Open to scaling campaigns beyond a single industry
