We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our paid acquisition channels, primarily Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize high-converting paid media campaigns to drive lead generation, sales, and brand growth. The ideal candidate lives in the analytics dashboards, understands user psychology, and knows how to continuously iterate creatives and targeting to maximize ROI/ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Strategy, setup, execution, and daily optimization of paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).
- Budget & ROI Optimization: Efficiently manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns to achieve the lowest possible Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and maximum ROAS.
- A/B Testing & Iteration: Continuously test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) daily. Provide actionable weekly and monthly performance reports with insights on what worked, what didn’t, and next steps.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to brief them on high-converting visual assets, hooks, and ad copy based on data-driven insights.
- Tracking & Attribution: Ensure flawless tracking by setting up and maintaining Meta Pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) custom conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads with a demonstrable track record of scaling accounts.
- Platform Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, draw conclusions, and pivot strategies based on numbers rather than assumptions.
- Copywriting Skills: Ability to write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy that resonates with target personas.
- Industry Trends: Up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm shifts, and best practices in performance marketing (including post-iOS14 tracking solutions).
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint.
- Experience with landing page optimization tools or basic CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
- Experience in the real estate, commercial property, or lead-generation sectors.
