Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

Eivento Marketing is seeking a specialized Digital Marketing Expert to manage and scale our Meta and Google Ads accounts. We are looking for a creative yet analytical professional who understands the nuances of the fashion industry.

​This is a part-time, remote position requiring 3 hours of dedicated work per day. It is ideal for an experienced freelancer or a professional looking for a consistent side-role.

​What You Will Do: - ​Manage end-to-end Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads campaigns specifically for fashion brands. - ​Optimize budgets to ensure the highest possible ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). - ​Conduct audience research and competitor analysis within the fashion niche. - ​Provide clear, data-driven reports on a weekly basis. - ​Advise on creative direction (images/videos) that works best for fashion conversions.

​Requirements: - ​Experience: At least 2 years of verifiable experience in Digital Marketing. - ​Niche Expertise: Direct experience managing ad accounts for Fashion, Apparel, or Lifestyle brands is required. ​Tools: Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. ​Availability: Ability to commit to 3 hours daily and stay responsive during working hours.
