JOB TITLE: Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We care about one thing: *Qualified Leads at Target CPL.*
Learn2Read is India’s fastest-growing Live Phonics & Reading platform. We are scaling from 2,000 leads to 7,000 leads/month, and we need a Performance Marketer who eats, sleeps, and breathes Meta Ads Manager.
This is not a role for "Post Boosters." This is a role for a data-obsessed growth hacker who wants to work directly with the Founders and build a massive revenue engine.
YOUR MISSION
To profitably spend a monthly budget of ₹1L - ₹5L+ across Meta & Google, delivering high-intent leads for our Sales Team. You are the engine of our growth.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO (No Fluff):
• Meta Domination: Structure, launch, and scale CBO campaigns. You know exactly when to use Broad, Lookalikes, and Interest stacks. You don't guess; you test.
• Creative Strategy: You won't just run ads; you will tell our Video Editor exactly what to make. "The hook on Video B is failing, let's try the 'A for Apple' angle."
• Google & YouTube: Capture high-intent parents searching for "Phonics classes" and run video ads on parenting channels.
• CRO (Landing Page Optimization):* You understand that the ad is only half the battle. You will A/B test landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Data Analysis: You live in Excel/Sheets. You track CTR, CPM, CPL, and CAC daily. If a campaign hits ₹150 CPL, you scale it. If it hits ₹250, you kill it.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Experience: Minimum *3 Years* of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
• EdTech DNA: Preferably worked in EdTech/D2C. You understand the "Indian Parent" psychology and the urgency of "Admissions/Exams."
• Meta Pro: You aren't scared of the iOS14 update. You know how to use CAPIs, Offline Events, and custom conversions.
• Budget Handler: You have personally managed ad spends of at least *₹3 Lakhs/month*.
• Tool Stack: Master of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel (Pivot Tables).

1. Speed: You launch campaigns in hours, not days.
2. Obsessive: You check your ad accounts on weekends because you hate wasting money.
3. Owner Mindset: You treat the budget like it’s your own money.
