Role Overview
You will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels to drive qualified traffic, reduce CPL, and scale conversions for both B2C and B2B segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok & LinkedIn Ads
- Manage budgets and maximize ROAS
- Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL)
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences
- Work closely with the design & content team on ad creatives
- Track performance using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports
- Support SEO and retargeting strategies
- Implement conversion rate optimization strategies
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google, Meta Ads and Tiktok
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $20K+
- Strong understanding of tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixels)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience in Real Estate or PropTech is a plus
- Experience in Apps Marketing
