Performance Marketing Specialist - Remote

Role Overview

You will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels to drive qualified traffic, reduce CPL, and scale conversions for both B2C and B2B segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • TikTok & LinkedIn Ads
  • Manage budgets and maximize ROAS
  • Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL)
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences
  • Work closely with the design & content team on ad creatives
  • Track performance using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Support SEO and retargeting strategies
  • Implement conversion rate optimization strategies

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google, Meta Ads and Tiktok
  • Experience managing monthly budgets of $20K+
  • Strong understanding of tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixels)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Experience in Real Estate or PropTech is a plus
  • Experience in Apps Marketing
