Primary Purpose:
Leading and coordinating the activities of the production team, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. This role requires a strong leader who can drive operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Key Accountabilities:

Supervise daily production activities, ensuring that production goals, schedules, and quality standards are met.

Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs efficiently and safely.

Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.

Coordinate production workflows and collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control, inventory) to ensure smooth operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring that production targets are achieved.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, including safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.

Prepare and maintain production reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, and communicate results to management.

Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and waste management strategies.

Education:
