Periodontics

Our company is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Periodontist to join our dental practice. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating gum disease, performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, and educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health. You will work alongside a dedicated team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' periodontal health
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Perform various periodontal procedures, including scaling and root planing, flaps, grafts, and implants
• Educate patients about periodontal disease and proper oral hygiene practices
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatments and progress
• Stay current with industry advancements and best practices in periodontics
  
  

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Periodontics
• Active state dental license and board certification in Periodontics is preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients effectively
• Exceptional clinical skills and a strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate with colleagues
