Overview
New England Dental Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Periodontist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in periodontal care and a passion for providing exceptional patient experiences. As a Periodontist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating periodontal diseases, performing surgical procedures, and collaborating with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients with periodontal diseases and conditions.
- Perform surgical procedures such as gum grafts, pocket reduction surgery, and dental implants.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists in treatment planning and patient care.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of periodontal health.
- Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a sterile environment during procedures.
- Stay updated on advancements in periodontics and related fields, including prosthodontics and pediatric dentistry.
- Manage dental fabrication processes as needed for patient treatments.

Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Specialty training in Periodontics from an accredited residency program.
- Knowledge of dental systems for managing patient records and appointments.
- Strong understanding of anatomy related to periodontal health and treatment options.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety protocols.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
