Winston Salem Dental Specialist is adding a Periodontist as we continue to grow. This is a steady, Monday–Thursday (9–5) role with a predictable flow and an established team that knows how to support a focused clinical day.

• Schedule: Four-day week with a balanced pace and consistent referral volume.
• Support & Mentorship: Regular case reviews and structured mentorship from experienced periodontists; dependable, long-tenured clinical staff.
• Clinical Focus: Comprehensive periodontal care with room to shape your own approach; ideal for someone confident in core perio procedures and interested in refining technique.
• Technology: Modern workflow centered around CBCT and digital planning.
• Team & Environment: Collaborative culture, low turnover, and a practice that values autonomy while keeping communication easy and straightforward.
• DDS/DMD Required
