We're looking for a
Periodontist who enjoys efficient, full surgical days and a steady rhythm of same day perio and implant cases. This position focuses on providing high-quality surgical care in El Paso, TX, with a predictable and well-supported schedule. Candidates do not need to live locally and may travel in for assigned surgery days.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive periodontal examinations and evaluate patients for same-day surgery

Diagnose and treat periodontal and peri-implant disease

Provide full-scope periodontal and implant surgery, including pocket reduction, osseous surgery, soft-tissue grafting, flap procedures, crown lengthening, and implant placement

Conduct grafting and sinus augmentation when clinically indicated

Manage 8-12 surgical cases per day, plus consults and follow-ups

Collaborate with general dentists, hygienists, and assistants to support treatment planning and case acceptance

Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical and regulatory standards

Support periodontal education and referral workflows within the practice
Schedule

Approximately two days per month, preferably on Fridays

Additional days may be available as demand grows

No call, no nights, and no weekend emergencies

Travel into El Paso is welcome and supported
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree

Completion of a CODA-accredited Periodontics residency

Current Active Texas dental license

Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred

Experience with high-volume periodontal and implant surgery is a strong advantage

Clear communication style and comfort with same-day surgical flow
