Immediate need for a part-time Periodontist in San Francisco, CA. 1 day per month.

Office Location:

• GD Community SF - 2494 Mission Street San Francisco, CA 94110

Position Qualifications:

• Periodontics Residency Certificate
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
