The Perioperative Solutions Onboarding Specialist (PSOS) supports the Health Care Organizations (HCO) team and the customers utilizing AORN and CineMed educational solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, the PSOS focuses on providing expert guidance and support to help customers achieve their business objectives through effective onboarding and implementation of AORN and CineMed products and services. The PSOS will lead post-sale activities, including onboarding and implementation, conduct utilization reviews, and facilitate quarterly strategic business reviews (QBRs) with key accounts to drive long-term success and retention.

AORN is based in Denver, CO. Our Perioperative Solutions Onboarding Specialist will work in remotely.

More about what you’ll get to do as our Perioperative Solutions Onboarding Specialist:

  • Lead comprehensive onboarding for new and renewing Periop 101 (P101), eGuidelines+ (eG+), and AORN CineMed clients to ensure smooth, successful adoption and seamless integration into clinical and educational workflows.
  • Design, coordinate, and execute tailored implementation plans that align with each client's unique needs and strategic goals across AORN and CineMed solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding and implementation, providing expert guidance, hands-on support, and proactive problem-solving to drive early success.
  • Engage with clients on a consistent, pre-defined schedule to conduct utilization reviews, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities to optimize adoption and impact.
  • Facilitate strategic quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key accounts to evaluate outcomes, highlight value achieved, share best practices, and establish future objectives and growth plans.
  • Maintain thorough, accurate records of all client interactions, implementation milestones, and utilization data in Salesforce to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Account Executives, Product, and Clinical teams, to deliver a coordinated and exceptional client experience.
  • Gather and monitor feedback from clients regarding AORN and CineMed products, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform product updates, revisions, and new development initiatives.
  • Support agreement renewals through proactive relationship management, demonstrating tangible value during utilization reviews and QBRs to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support strategic growth initiatives and evolving organizational objectives.

Must Have’s to be our Perioperative Solutions Onboarding Specialist:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
  • Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a perioperative clinical nursing environment, with at least one year in a position responsible for the delivery of clinical education.
  • Experience that demonstrates strong written skills, with comfort in giving presentations and facilitating group discussions.
  • Experience with AORN Perioperative Solutions: Periop 101, eGuidelines Plus, and AORN CineMed Video Library.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in nursing or education.
  • Experience teaching Periop 101: A Core Curriculum.
  • Experience in a fulltime perioperative educator role.
  • Experience with remote conferencing, group presentations, webinars, and virtual facilitation.
  • Previous healthcare industry experience beyond perioperative nursing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities for facilitating onboarding sessions, quarterly business reviews, and implementation meetings.

  • Strategic thinker, capable of supporting clients in achieving measurable outcomes and long-term success.
  • Strong public speaking and teaching skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Superior time management, project planning, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with demonstrated strength in collaboration, team building, and establishing rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.

Working Conditions

  • Working Work remotely using a computer and Teams daily.
  • Travel requirement: approximately 25–50%, including potential in-person visits to hospitals and healthcare client sites.


Hiring Salary Range:
$115,000 - $125,000 annually

FLSA Status: Exempt
