Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join a well-established rehabilitation team in Berlin, MD. This is a permanent opportunity offering consistent hours and a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Operate and monitor ventilators and other respiratory equipment
• Assess patient conditions and adjust treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and treatments

Shift Details:

• 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Vent unit setting with an established rehab team

Compensation:

• Salary range: $30 – $34 per hour

Qualifications:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license (State of Maryland)
• Experience in ventilator and rehab settings preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
