Registered Nurse RN (SNF)

Pay Rate: $50 to $55 per hour

Shift: 8 hours AM, PM & NOC

Days: 4/2

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

Conducting initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments to determine residents' medical needs

Developing, updating, and implementing individualized care plans

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

Delivering preventative and rehabilitative nursing care

Documenting accurate clinical notes on condition and care provided

Ensuring confidentiality of resident information

Promoting a safe, healthy, and respectful care environment

Requirement:

Active RN license in the state of California

Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC)

Experience providing direct care to multiple residents

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Pay Rate:

$50 to $55 per hour plus Benefits (Medical, Dental, and 401(k) benefits)
