Permit Coordinator (HSE Experience)

Location: Abu Dhabi | Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator with HSE experience to support the HSE team in documentation control, Permit-to-Work (PTW) coordination, reporting, and administrative activities across large-scale facilities or projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Permit-to-Work issuance, tracking, and closure
  • Maintain HSE documents, registers, and records
  • Prepare HSE reports and statistics
  • Track HSE action items and support compliance
  • Maintain training records and HSE communications

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years’ experience in HSE administration/coordination
  • Strong with PTW systems and HSE documentation
  • Strong MS Office, organizational, and communication skills
