We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Permit Processor to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage the processing and tracking of permits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality management systems. Your proactive approach will help streamline permit workflows, maintain accurate records, and support the overall efficiency of our operations. Duties
- Review permit applications for completeness and accuracy, verifying all required documentation is included.
- Enter permit data into document management systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate timely permit approvals and renewals.
- Maintain organized records of all permit documentation using SharePoint or other document management platforms.
- Proofread and review permit documents for compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
- File physical and electronic permit records systematically, ensuring easy retrieval for audits or inspections.
- Support quality management initiatives by maintaining accurate records, conducting data entry, and assisting with document control procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles involving document management systems, filing, and records management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple permits and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 (medical device quality management), ISO 9001 (quality management systems), and related standards is preferred.
- Experience using SharePoint, ERP systems, and other data management tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in permit documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately while managing large volumes of information.
- Prior experience in technical writing or preparing detailed reports is a plus.
