Permitting & Government Approvals Manager

Role Summary

The Permitting & Approvals Manager manages all regulatory approvals required for project development, ensuring compliance with local regulations and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage submissions and approvals with regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate with municipal entities, planning authorities, and utilities.
  • Track permit applications and approval timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, and environmental regulations.
  • Support the design team in aligning plans with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain relationships with government stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
Experience
  • 8-15 years of experience in development approvals or regulatory coordination.
  • Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of permitting processes.
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation.
  • Excellent coordination and documentation skills.
