Seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Personal & Administrative Assistant to support both business and personal operations. This role includes managing communications, scheduling, coordinating tasks, handling errands, and helping maintain organization across day-to-day responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is trustworthy, detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Communication Support
- Manage emails, phone calls, and text communications
- Organize calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, contractors, and service providers
- Draft and respond to emails and basic correspondence
- Maintain organized records, documents, and files
- Follow up on tasks and deadlines
Personal Assistance
- Run errands and assist with local tasks
- Schedule personal appointments and reservations
- Coordinate deliveries and household services
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics
- Handle occasional shopping or pickups
Business Support
- Help organize projects and priorities
- Communicate with customers/vendors professionally
- Track to-do lists and ongoing tasks
- Assist with light bookkeeping or invoice organization (optional)
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable using email, calendars, smartphones, and basic office software
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
- Prior assistant, office, customer service, or coordination experience preferred
